“Working with Cassie has truly been a life-changing experience. When we first connected, I was feeling overwhelmed and stuck. “Before I started working with Cassie, I was experiencing very low energy, fatigue and my mental health was quite poor. Working the midnight shift, along with trying to find balance with work and home life and incorporating time for myself was a challenge, as I was always just so tired.
Working with Cassie soon became a highlight for me. I felt very open and comfortable in our sessions. It was nice to have someone listen without judgement. I enjoyed the insights she had regarding mindfulness and "small victories". Each session I was able to come up with small goals to work towards, and having Cassie as my coach really kept me accountable.
